“I love shooting, the other day, I received my newly purchased Canon C500 camcorder, when I got it, I cannot wait to shoot videos with it. The videos it captured are very good, sharp, vivid and full of details, they are so good that I want to upload them to YouTube and share with my friends, but to my disappointment, the files are too big to upload, in addition, the files it generated are not acceptable by YouTube, so I want to edit them on FCP and transcode them to MP4 for uploading. But what makes me surprised is that, FCP should not open the MXF files, so, how can I convert Canon C500 MXF to FCP? Is there any program can help me out?”
It is a common issue that FCP cannot open MXF files. To perform the conversion, you need a MXF Converter for Mac to help you. After many times trials, iOrgsoft AVCHD Converter for Mac is the best choice for you. Besides, it is able to convert other MXF to FCP, such as convert Sony XDCAM MXF to FCP, Panasonic P2 MXF to FCP, etc. Importing MXF to iMovie is also supported by this program. In addition,it offers powerful editing functions to customize videos such as split, crop, and join and so on.
Since it is an AVCHD Converter Mac, it is sure that, the program can easily convert AVCHD MTS to other format and software such as imovie, fcp. with it, you can easily convert .mts to.mp4, import .mts to imovie, etc.
